So, my mom went to the ER/ED this week one morning (no worries - shes fine!) but i had to take care of her the rest of the day and watch over her so i decided to try and make one of her favorite dishes Chicken Picatta (with capers adn artichoke hearts) over Angel Hair Pasta - it turned out great. Except i let victoria make the pasta and she didnt run cool water with it after so it was sticky! But the chicken was perfect! Such a great recipe, except in the link it doesnt tell you to add the chicken fat to the sauce and artichoke hearts, but I did - worked really well!
